Nihao Story is built for family reading. Parent and guardian account holders are responsible for account setup, purchases, and communications with us.
Children under 13
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without appropriate parent or guardian involvement. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 in a way that does not meet this standard, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Family reading data
Some product activity may be associated with a parent or guardian account so the app can provide core features, such as access to stories, reading progress, bookmarks, or downloaded content.
Parent and guardian requests
A parent or guardian may contact us to ask questions about child privacy or request review or deletion of information associated with their family account.
